In 1997 D. E. Rice Companies purchased Panhandle Valve,
Fabrication and Machine (PVFM) from Phillips 66 Petroleum
Company. Under both ownerships PVFM has over 60 continuous
years of experience remanufacturing petrochemical service
valves. With over 36,000 square footage of shop, office and
warehouse space, Panhandle Valve Fabrication & Machine is
located on 15 acres at 1400 S. Hemlock in Borger, Texas.
