Besides the obvious benefits of price and quality, remanufactured valves from PVFM have extensive documentation of repair and testing of all our valves. We track every valve remanufacturing procedure from the beginning process through testing. Each PFVM valve has a unique serial number and records are kept permanently, electronically, at our site. We can ship documentation with each valve or send the records to our customers on request.
Test documentation is, of course, the most important documentation we keep. We test to API standards, and in the case of PVFM remanufactured valves, we test to API 6D, a higher standard than used by most new valve manufacturers. We test 100% of our valves, not random or periodic selections, but 100% of all valves that come through our facility, including new valves.
